Flooring

I an a recent widow and reside by myself and financially in a bind to repair the house. There is so much that needs done but here are a few major projects
Flooring in the kitchen is collapsing.
Outside Eaves needs scraped and painted
bathroom needs redone (esp shower/tub area, Faucet in tub and toliet defiantly need replaced)
